Cindy Drako enjoys an incredible life because she created the perfect business niche for herself.

She figured out, after years of corporate jobs, how to create a business that uses her skills and experience, and that she loves. In order to do that, she had to go through a process of self discovery and exploration, but after all that drilling, she struck oil.

Cindy has developed a coaching business for entrepreneurs with ADHD. And while I find that niche interesting, how she arrived at it is the really fascinating part.

In this episode, I talked with Cindy about her incredible life, her superpower and her work, and how she figured out the audience she wanted to serve.
